Instead Chuck Clark strip-sacked Geno Smith and Jack Campbell recovered. Lost by seven against 6.5, the smallest margin of defeat that number allows.

Detroit opened -7 and has ticked down to -6.5 while 70% of the tickets sit on the Lions and only 57% of the money follows them. That gap is the whole reason I'm here. Detroit's defense gave up 446 yards and 34 points before the fourth quarter in Buffalo, and the week before that it surrendered 470 to New Orleans, so this is now a pattern rather than a bad afternoon.
