Start 'em, sit 'em: Week 6, 2026
Full-PPR and guillotine calls every week of the season: first calls Wednesday morning, updated each morning through Sunday, and graded against what actually happened.
Raiders · Waivers · QB · RB · WR · TE · K · DEF · Flex · Guillotine · FAAB
Week 6 loses Cincinnati, Detroit, Miami and Minnesota to byes and hands the quarterback position another messy Wednesday. Lamar Jackson has a real chance to play on the ankle, Caleb Williams is close on a grade two hamstring, Michael Penix is on the report with ribs and Tua Tagovailoa is the fallback, Marcus Mariota is doubtful on an MCL sprain with Jayden Daniels working back, and Baker Mayfield is out with a dislocated thumb. The money this week is in vacated workload: TreVeyon Henderson is doubtful with a high ankle sprain, David Montgomery is week to week with a groin, Deebo Samuel is out for at least a couple of weeks, and Pittsburgh is down three receivers. Only the Rams at 32, Buffalo at 29.5 and San Francisco at 29 are implied for 29 or more, while six games sit at 42.5 or lower. Buy the backs and tight ends whose touch counts just went up and leave the low total passing games alone.
Raiders
-
Brock Bowers
PPRStartGuillotineStartBowers has 35 targets in three games back, 11.7 a game and a 20 percent share, and his scores without a touchdown were 21.6, 14.6 and 19.0. Buffalo allows 12.8 a game to tight ends, which is middling and does not matter at this volume. The total is 53.5 with Las Vegas implied for 24 at home. Projecting 19 against lines of 10 and 7.
-
Kirk Cousins
PPRStartGuillotineStartCousins has a median of 21.2 and cleared 21 in three of five weeks without needing a rushing yard. Buffalo allows 23.7 a game to quarterbacks, third most, and this is the slate's highest total at 53.5 with Las Vegas implied for 24 indoors. The touchdowns come from Bowers, who has 35 targets in three games back, and from Tucker inside the 20.
-
Michael Mayer
PPRSitGuillotineSitMayer caught one target for two yards last week, his lowest of the season, while Bowers took 10. He is at five targets a game for the year and the tight end work now runs through Bowers at 11.7. Buffalo allowing 19.3 a game to tight ends, fifth most, is the argument against, but there is only one tight end being fed here. Projecting five.
-
Cody White
PPRSitGuillotineSitWhite has 14 targets in five games, an eight percent share, and his touchdown-free median is 4.4 with two of his three scores arriving in one Week 2 afternoon. Nailor is in concussion protocol and expected back at practice this week, which pushes White further down rather than up. Projecting six against lines of 14 and 10.
-
Tre Tucker
PPRSitGuillotineSitTucker is at 5.6 targets a game and a 16 percent share, and his touchdown-free median is 8.3 with one game above 8.4 all season. Buffalo allows 45.1 a game to receivers, the most in the league, which is the whole case for him, but four catches for 41 yards is what this role produces. Projecting nine against lines of 14 and 10.
-
Ashton Jeanty
SplitPPRSitGuillotineStartJeanty's carries have fallen 23, 21, 19, 15 and 10 across five weeks and he took 10 for 27 yards last week, though that came inside a 28 point loss. He carries no injury designation, the role is settled and six targets a game hold the floor up. The projection of 12.3 sits between the guillotine line of 10 and the PPR line of 14, so the formats split. Buffalo allows 27.8 a game to backs.
Waiver wire
1. Cody White, LV, WR. Stash, 1 to 3 percent. Raiders first and the honest answer has not changed: 14 targets in five games at an eight percent share, with two of his three touchdowns coming in one Week 2 afternoon. Nailor is in concussion protocol but is expected back at practice, which pushes White down rather than up. A dollar in a deep league.
2. Corey Kiner, NE, RB. Stash, 10 to 16 percent. Henderson is doubtful with a high ankle sprain and expected to miss multiple weeks, which moves Kiner to number two behind Stevenson in an offense that has run 151 times in five games. He is a handcuff with standalone value if New England keeps playing from in front as a 7.5 point favourite.
3. Germie Bernard, PIT, WR. Start-ready, 14 to 20 percent. Nine targets for six catches and 90 yards last week, and the room in front of him is gone: Roman Wilson is out with a finger, Ben Skowronek is out with a calf and Michael Pittman is on injured reserve. Twenty targets in four games already, and Rodgers is at 17.4 points a game.
4. Kendre Miller, NO, RB. Start-ready, 12 to 18 percent. Ten carries and a touchdown last week while Kamara took three carries for 12 yards, and Travis Etienne is on injured reserve. New Orleans faces a Giants defense allowing 21.2 a game to backs. The split is real, which caps him, but the goal line work is his.
5. Tyler Higbee, LAR, TE. Start-ready, 10 to 15 percent. Twenty five targets in four games and 83 yards last week inside an offense implied for 32, the highest number on the slate. With four teams on bye, tight end is the position where a bye costs you a start, and Higbee is the best of the freely available answers.
6. Efton Chism III, NE, WR. Stash, 6 to 10 percent. Thirteen targets in four games with Mack Hollins on injured reserve, and 12.2 and 10.9 point games in the last three weeks. A.J. Brown may return from injured reserve, which is the risk, so bid as a stash and not as a starter.
7. Darius Cooper, PHI, WR. Stash, 6 to 12 percent. Thirteen targets in three games at 14.7 points a game, including 71 yards and a score last week, with DeVonta Smith and Hollywood Brown both on the report. Philadelphia implied for 21 in a 40.5 total is the problem, so this is a hold rather than a Week 6 start.
8. Jaylin Noel, HOU, WR. Stash, 5 to 9 percent. Seventeen targets in five games and five catches for 41 yards and a touchdown last week. Third in the Houston order behind Nico Collins and Xavier Hutchinson, so the ceiling is capped, but the Texans throw enough to make him a bye week body.
9. Jalon Daniels, TB, QB. Stash, 3 to 6 percent. Mayfield is out with a dislocated thumb and Daniels has 13.4 and 13.9 point games in his two starts with 16 carries across three appearances. That rushing floor is streamable if your quarterback is on bye, though Pittsburgh in 21 mph wind is not the week to find out.
Quarterbacks
Start 'em
-
Matthew Stafford
PPRStartGuillotineStartStafford has thrown 51, 54 and 55 times in three of five weeks and his median game is 22.9 points, above the 21 a quarterback start needs. Arizona concedes 23.2 a game to the position, fourth most, and the Rams are implied for 32, the highest number on the slate, indoors. The touchdowns come from Nacua at 15 targets a game and Adams at nine.
-
Brock Purdy
PPRStartGuillotineStartPurdy's median is 22.1 and the five carries a game are a settled part of it rather than a spike. Washington allows 24.6 a game to quarterbacks, second most, and gets to the passer 1.8 times a game, fewest but one. San Francisco is implied for 29. Last week's 15.2 was his only game under 19.6 and nothing in the role changed.
-
Kirk Cousins
PPRStartGuillotineStartCousins has a median of 21.2 and cleared 21 in three of five weeks without needing a rushing yard. Buffalo allows 23.7 a game to quarterbacks, third most, and this is the slate's highest total at 53.5 with Las Vegas implied for 24 indoors. The touchdowns come from Bowers, who has 35 targets in three games back, and from Tucker inside the 20.
Sit 'em
-
Justin Herbert
PPRSitGuillotineSitHerbert has scored 14.3, 9.9, 13.7, 13.6 and 13.2 and has never once reached 15 in five games. He is averaging 28.6 attempts for 187 yards and exactly one touchdown a game, which is 13 points whatever the opponent. The Chargers are implied for 17, the lowest number on the board, and Kansas City allows 13.9 a game to quarterbacks.
-
Bo Nix
PPRSitGuillotineSitNix is averaging 32.4 attempts for 188 yards and 1.2 touchdowns. His five games read 8.4, 15.1, 21.1, 13.6 and 9.9, and the 21.1 included a rushing score. Denver is implied for 19 in a 40.5 total, the lowest on the slate, and Seattle takes the ball away 1.4 times a game, more than any defense in the league.
-
Jalen Hurts
PPRSitGuillotineSitHurts has gone 13.6, 13.5 and 13.0 in three straight weeks on 30.8 attempts a game, and Philadelphia is implied for 21 in a 40.5 total. Carolina allows 20.6 a game to the position, which is the argument against, but his own rushing has fallen to two carries for two yards last week and that is where the ceiling used to come from.
Running backs
Start 'em
-
Rhamondre Stevenson
PPRStartGuillotineStartHenderson is doubtful with a high ankle sprain and is expected to miss multiple weeks, which hands Stevenson the 10.5 carries a game that back was taking. Stevenson is already at 11.4 carries and 3.8 targets a game with 16.4 and 17.5 the last two weeks. The Jets concede 24.7 a game to backs and New England is a 7.5 point favourite. Projecting 18.
-
Jaylen Warren
PPRStartGuillotineStartMcCarthy called Warren the featured back and the usage agrees: 14 carries and 5.2 targets a game, a 15 percent target share, and 20.6, 15.6 and 24.8 without a touchdown in his last three. Tampa allows only 17.3 a game to backs, which is the drag, but the forecast is 21 mph wind and Pittsburgh is implied for 21. Projecting 16, inside the usual start margin.
-
Kyren Williams
PPRStartGuillotineStartWilliams is at 14 carries and 6.6 targets a game, 20.6 touches, and the Rams are implied for 32, the highest on the board, indoors as 12.5 point favourites. Arizona allows 20.5 a game to backs. His median without a score is 13.6, so this call needs the goal line work that comes with a 32 point team total. Projecting 17.
Sit 'em
-
Omarion Hampton
PPRSitGuillotineSitHampton has six targets in five games, a four percent share, so there is no receiving floor under him. The Chargers are implied for 17, the lowest number on the board, as 8.5 point road dogs at Kansas City, and his touchdown-free median is 5.6 on 14.6 carries a game. Projecting nine against lines of 14 and 10.
-
J.K. Dobbins
PPRSitGuillotineSitDobbins has six targets in five games and his carry counts read 8, 10, 17, 11 and 18 with one touchdown all season. Denver is implied for 19 in the slate's lowest total at 40.5 and splits the backfield with Harvey, who holds 22 targets to his six. Projecting eight against lines of 14 and 10.
-
Jeremiyah Love
PPRSitGuillotineSitLove has gone 6.5 and 2.2 the last two weeks and took 12 carries for 22 yards in the second of them. Arizona is a 12.5 point road dog, the widest spread on the slate, which means the Cardinals throw, and Allgeier has 35 carries and 12 targets behind him. One target in each of the last two games caps the PPR side. Projecting eight.
Wide receivers
Start 'em
-
Chris Olave
PPRStartGuillotineStartOlave holds a 28 percent target share on 10.8 targets a game and his touchdown-free median is 19.6. Four of his five games produced 16.6 or more without a score; the exception was a six target afternoon against Minnesota, the stingiest defense in the league. The Giants allow 30.9 a game to receivers and New Orleans is implied for 23.5. Projecting 18.
-
Zay Flowers
PPRStartGuillotineStartFlowers has not finished below 14.6 in four games and his median without a touchdown is 17.7 on a 23 percent share. He caught eight of nine from Huntley last week, so the Jackson ankle does not move his role either way. Cleveland allows 36.4 a game to receivers, sixth most. Projecting 17.
-
Malik Nabers
PPRStartGuillotineStartNabers drew 20 targets last week against a previous season high of nine, which is a role change rather than one good afternoon, and he produced 23.1 and 17.2 without a touchdown in the last two. The Giants are implied for 22 and New Orleans allows 29.8 a game to receivers. Projecting 16, a point inside the usual start margin, on the new target count.
Sit 'em
-
Jaylen Waddle
PPRSitGuillotineSitWaddle sees 6.2 targets a game and his touchdown-free median is 4.8, with three of five games under five points. Denver is implied for 19 in a 40.5 total, the lowest on the board, Seattle allows 25.1 a game to receivers, among the five fewest, and Nix is throwing 1.2 touchdown passes a game. Projecting six.
-
Emeka Egbuka
PPRSitGuillotineSitMayfield is out with a dislocated thumb and Jalon Daniels has averaged 9.1 points across three appearances, which is the stated reason Egbuka's 22 percent share converts to less this week. Tampa is implied for 18.5 and the forecast is 21 mph sustained wind with gusts near 30. His touchdown-free median is 11.2. Projecting nine.
-
Terry McLaurin
PPRSitGuillotineSitMcLaurin is at 6.5 targets a game and has one game above 10.2 all season. San Francisco allows 25.1 a game to receivers, among the three fewest, Washington is implied for 21.5, and the quarterback is unsettled with Mariota doubtful on an MCL sprain. His touchdown-free median is 8.6. Projecting nine against lines of 14 and 10.
Tight ends
Start 'em
-
Trey McBride
PPRStartGuillotineStartMcBride is at 11.2 targets a game and a 29 percent share, and his touchdown-free median is 15.6 against a tight end line of 10. The Rams concede 6.0 a game to the position, the lowest mark in the league, and this call overrides that on volume alone: Arizona is a 12.5 point dog and throws when it trails. Projecting 16.
-
Tyler Warren
PPRStartGuillotineStartWarren has 7.2 targets a game, a 22 percent share, and posted 14.7 and 15.4 without a touchdown in two of the last three. Indianapolis is implied for 25.75 as a seven point favourite and Daniel Jones threw 44 times for 267 yards last week with Warren taking nine of them. Tennessee allows 10.0 a game to tight ends, which is the drag. Projecting 14.
Sit 'em
-
Kyle Pitts Sr.
PPRSitGuillotineSitPitts sees three targets a game and has never reached 10 points without a touchdown. His five weeks read 0.0, 2.5, 1.5, 7.7 and 15.2, and the 15.2 was five catches for 42 yards carried entirely by the score. Penix is on the report with ribs and Tua Tagovailoa is the fallback. Projecting five against lines of 10 and 7.
-
Cade Otton
SplitPPRSitGuillotineStartOtton has gone 5.6, 8.8, 8.6, 7.7 and 5.5, never once reaching the tight end line of 10 but clearing seven in three of five. That is the whole call: a projection of 7.5 sits under the full PPR line of 10 and over the guillotine line of 7, so the formats split. Mayfield's absence and a 21 mph forecast cap the ceiling further.
Kickers
Start 'em
-
Spencer Shrader
PPRStartGuillotineStartShrader is 16 for 16 on 3.2 attempts a game, the most on the slate, behind an offense whose quarterback has produced between 10.0 and 12.9 fantasy points in every single game. Daniel Jones threw 44 times for 267 yards and no touchdown last week, which is the stalled drive profile this position needs rather than the 25.75 implied total. Indoors. Projecting 11.
-
Ka'imi Fairbairn
PPRStartGuillotineStartFairbairn is 11 for 12 on 2.4 attempts a game and kicked four field goals inside a 26 point win last week, which is a stalled drive pattern rather than a touchdown offense. Jacksonville concedes 16.3 a game to backs and 9.0 to tight ends, both near the bottom, so Houston moves between the 20s and settles for three. Wembley, forecast 10 mph. Projecting nine.
Sit 'em
-
Jake Elliott
PPRSitGuillotineSitElliott is 5 for 5 but on one attempt a game, the lowest volume on the slate, and Philadelphia is implied for 21 in a 40.5 total. Five field goals and 11 extra points across five games is roughly five points a week. Nothing about Carolina changes the attempt count. Projecting five against lines of 8 and 7.
-
Chad Ryland
SplitPPRSitGuillotineStartRyland is 8 for 10 on two attempts a game with Arizona implied for 19.5 as a 12.5 point road dog, which projects to 7.5: under the PPR line of 8 and over the guillotine line of 7, so the formats split. The Rams concede yards and defend the end zone, allowing 6.0 a game to tight ends and 20.5 to backs, so Cardinals drives should die in range.
Defenses
Start 'em
-
Steelers D/ST
PPRStartGuillotineStartTampa has allowed 3.4 sacks a game, tied for the most in the league, and starts Jalon Daniels with Mayfield out on a dislocated thumb. Pittsburgh gets home 2.2 times a game, the Buccaneers give the ball away about once a game, the forecast is 21 mph wind and Tampa is implied for 18.5. A defensive or return score is not forecastable, so this needs three sacks and a turnover to clear eight.
-
Chiefs D/ST
PPRStartGuillotineStartThe Chargers have allowed 3.4 sacks a game, tied for the most, thrown 1.4 interceptions a game, more than anyone, and are implied for 17, the lowest number on the board, with Tre' Harris week to week. Kansas City's own sack rate of 0.8 a game is the honest hole here, so the case rests on the turnover rate against that line. No defensive score is assumed.
Sit 'em
-
Bills D/ST
PPRSitGuillotineSitBuffalo gets 2.2 sacks and 0.4 interceptions a game against a Raiders line that has allowed 1.6 sacks a game, second fewest in the league. Las Vegas is implied for 24 in the slate's highest total at 53.5, which pays nothing on the points allowed scale, indoors. Without a defensive score there is no path to eight, and defensive scores are not forecastable.
-
Falcons D/ST
PPRSitGuillotineSitAtlanta has one interception in five games, 0.2 a game and the fewest in the league, and gets 2.2 sacks a game against a Chicago line conceding the same 2.2. The Bears are implied for 26.25 in a 49.5 total, which pays nothing on the points allowed scale. Three sacks and no turnover is three points against lines of 8 and 6.
Flex
Running backs, receivers and tight ends for the flex spot, beyond the calls above.
Start 'em
-
Isaiah Likely
PPRStartGuillotineStartLikely holds a 29 percent target share on 9.6 targets a game and his touchdown-free median is 13.6 against a flex line that is the same 10 a tight end faces. New Orleans allows 16.7 a game to the position, fifth most, and he took 13 targets for 11 catches and 94 yards last week. Projecting 15.
-
Javonte Williams
PPRStartGuillotineStartWilliams is at 14.8 carries and four targets a game and Green Bay concedes 28.4 a game to running backs, second most in the league. The total is 52.5 with Dallas implied for 25.5, and the Lambeau forecast is 17 mph sustained wind gusting to 36, which is run weather. His median without a score is 12.2, so this needs the goal line work he has had in four of five games. Projecting 15.
-
George Kittle
PPRStartGuillotineStartDeebo Samuel is out for at least a couple of weeks with a hamstring, Christian Kirk is on injured reserve and Pearsall is done for the year, which leaves Samuel's 20 targets and the whole second tier to Kittle and Evans. Kittle is already at 5.6 targets and a 20 percent share, and Washington allows 22.2 a game to tight ends, third most. Projecting 14.
Sit 'em
-
Keon Coleman
PPRSitGuillotineSitColeman's target counts read 1, 6, 2, 7 and 2, a 14 percent share behind Shakir at 20 and Moore at 15, and his touchdown-free median is 4.7. The total is 53.5 and Las Vegas allows 32.7 a game to receivers, which is the argument against, but two targets a game in two of the last three is not a start whatever the environment. Projecting six.
-
Woody Marks
SplitPPRSitGuillotineStartMontgomery is doubtful with a groin and considered week to week, which hands Marks the lead role and roughly 10 more carries a game. Jacksonville allows 16.3 a game to backs, second fewest in the league, and Houston is implied for 19.75 in London. The projection of 10.5 clears the guillotine line of 10 and falls well under the PPR line of 14, so the formats split.
-
Josh Downs
PPRSitGuillotineSitDowns sees 6.8 targets a game but sits third in the Colts order behind Tyler Warren at 22 percent and level with Keenan Allen, and he has no touchdown in five games. Indianapolis implied for 25.75 is the argument against, but Daniel Jones averages 11.5 fantasy points and threw for 267 with no score last week. His median is 7.7. Projecting eight.
Guillotine survival
Four byes take real starters off the board. Jared Goff, Aaron Jones, T.J. Hockenson and Will Reichard were all on last week's card and none of them plays. If two of your starters are on bye you are playing for the floor, and the floor is thin: six of the fourteen games carry a total of 42.5 or lower, and the Chargers at 17, Tampa at 18.5, the Jets at 18 and Tennessee at 18.75 are all implied under 19. Tight end and kicker are where the byes cut deepest, so that is where a replacement costs the most. Teams chopped over the last fortnight have put lead backs and high share receivers on waivers in most leagues, so the player who saves your week is probably sitting in the pool rather than on a roster you have to trade for. The question is never who wins the week. It is who cannot hand you a four.
Guillotine FAAB
Budget. You are a third of the way through and the pool is at its deepest point of the season, because the rosters chopped in Weeks 3, 4 and 5 are all in it now. From here it only thins. Spend 20 to 30 percent of what is left on anybody who starts for you every week, and hold no more than one stash.
What is worth a real bid off a chopped roster this week: a back who just inherited both the carries and the passing down work, a tight end above a 20 percent target share with four teams on bye at the position, and a receiver who is first or second in his team's target order. What is not: a backup behind a healthy starter, a receiver whose last good week was a touchdown on two catches, and any kicker on an offense attempting fewer than two field goals a game.
Named targets. Corey Kiner in New England is the clean add with Henderson doubtful on a high ankle and expected to miss multiple weeks; he is the number two behind Stevenson and one more injury from a full role. Germie Bernard in Pittsburgh is the receiver bet: Roman Wilson and Ben Skowronek are both out and Michael Pittman is on injured reserve, and Bernard took nine targets for 90 yards last week. Kendre Miller in New Orleans has the goal line, with 10 carries and a score last week while Kamara managed three carries for 12 yards.
Deeper. Efton Chism in New England has 13 targets in four games with Mack Hollins on injured reserve. Tyler Higbee in Los Angeles has 25 targets in four games and 83 yards last week behind the highest implied total on the slate. Darius Cooper in Philadelphia has 13 targets in three games at 14.7 points a game while the Eagles receiver room sits on the report. Jaylin Noel in Houston has 17 targets and scored last week.
How calls are graded
Every call is locked at its player's kickoff and graded on full-PPR points from the official box score: a point per reception, a tenth of a point per rushing or receiving yard, one per 25 passing yards, six per rushing or receiving touchdown, four per passing touchdown, minus two per interception or lost fumble. Two-point conversions and return touchdowns aren't counted.
Kickers: three per field goal, one more from 40 to 49 yards and two more from 50 or longer, one per extra point, minus one per miss. Defenses: one per sack, two per interception or fumble recovery, six per defensive or return touchdown, two per safety, plus points allowed (the opponent's final score): shutout 10, 1 to 6 is 7, 7 to 13 is 4, 14 to 20 is 1, 21 to 27 is 0, 28 to 34 is minus 1, 35 or more is minus 4.
A start cashes if the player reaches the line for his position; a sit cashes if he stays under it. PPR lines: QB 18, RB 14, WR 14, TE 10, K 8, DEF 8. Guillotine lines are survival floors: QB 15, RB 10, WR 10, TE 7, K 7, DEF 6.
